Edinburgh Castle - 20 minutes
local Castle Rock is where Edinburgh began. The site was inhabited - and probably fortified after a fashion - in prehistoric times. We know that when Lothian became a part of Scotland, King Malcolm III lived here with Queen, Margaret, who died in 1093 and was later canonised. Her son, King David I, built a tiny and charming chapel to her memory. It remains to this day, the oldest surviving structure on Castle Rock.

Edinburgh Airport- 10 minutes
local The Edinburgh International Airport is only a 15 minute drive away. So whatever you are looking for an affordable accommodate in the Edinburgh area or you are here to explore Fife and the rest of Scotland - our central location lets you do all that and more.

Edinburgh Fringe - 20 minutes
local Whilst still remaining true to its founding principle of open-access for all performers, the Fringe has come a long way since its organisational beginnings in a disused pub with a leaky roof just off the Royal Mile. We now sell over 1.25 million tickets worth more than £9m, 44% of which are sold on-line in real-time, and employ a year-round full-time staff of 10 which increases to around 120 in August.

Scottish Rugby Union - 20 minutes
local For everything related to Scottish rugby union tickets for the six nations all about Murrayfield the home of Scottish Rugby including tours of Murrayfield .

Dunfermline Abbey - 10 minutes
local Spanning the Forth Estuary a few miles North of Edinburgh are the Forth road and rail Bridges. Surely one of the most distinctive bridges in the world, the Forth rail bridge remains a masterpiece of engineering, what it lacks in subtlety it makes up for in primeval impact. The slender, graceful lines of the more modern road bridge are perhaps not as unique a design (although record breaking in its day), but they certainly provide an interesting counterpoint to the brutal outline of the rail bridge.

Rosyth Naval Dockyard - 5 minutes
local Construction of the dockyard by civil engineers Easton, Gibb & Son commenced in 1909. At the time, the Royal Navy was strengthening its presence along the eastern seaboard of Great Britain due to a naval arms race with Germany.

Railway Station - 3 minutes
local The Inverkeithing railway station is only 3 minutes away. It is a great way of transportation with regular train services to almost every part of the country.
